As leaders, we are tasked with taking the “scattered dots” (goals, plans, protocols, obstacles, successes, failures, etc.) and reorganizing them through knowledge and insight. This task can be done individually; however, the bigger bang for the buck is through using the team, family, or group. There is more knowledge and insight in the many than there is in the one. Once this reorg is complete, we can see our methods of leadership. We’re all called to lead, even if it’s only for ourselves. Leaders understand the needs and work to convert them to wants. It is here, WHEN WE WANT SAFETY, we’ll achieve and sustain world class performance.
Today is an amazing day for ZERO. Zero incidents = zero injuries – EVERY TIME!
