Team –
Are we leaders? As safety champions we certainly need to use our influence to assist in our overall continuous improvements. It’s easy just to sit back and listen; however that really isn’t who we are. Stand up, speak out, and influence support, discussion, learning, and change.

Positive energy begets positive energy and that’s where synergies take place. We are afforded the opportunity to be as great as we choose to be; it merely takes our planning and actions to move us toward safety perfection. Remember, it’s in that moment where every individual wants to be safe and will accept nothing less than a full understanding and a perfect outcome through planning. Things happen, but they don’t have to create injuries when we recognize all injurious potential and take preventative actions accordingly.

Thanks for reading, sharing, and supporting today!

Thanks for the share PT!
