We all know our bodies are made up of mostly water. Remember, when we lose it, we need to replace it. Hydration really is that simple. We need to make certain we’re replenishing our water more frequently when we’re sweating more profusely. It’s tough to catch up from dehydration so we need to stay on top of it. I know it’s not pleasant, but our urine is a good guide to hydration. Pay attention to your output.
Our personal safety is our personal responsibility. Let’s beat the heat and stay this summer.
