Heat stroke is a killer! We can’t let ourselves or each other fall victim to this beast. There are 3 important parts to hydration. They are pretty simple too, I hope and trust you’ll remember them. They are as follows:
1) WATER, 2) H2O, and 3) Adam’s Ale
Drinking water often is without a doubt the best form of protection against dehydration.
Safety is about awareness and action and with awareness we’re expected to be responsible for taking the right actions toward prevention. Let’s beat the heat this summer – NO HEAT RELATED EMERGENCIES!
