Poster: Heat #2

Our focus continues on heat and heat illness awareness. Our awareness could lead to saving our self or someone else’s life. Taking care of ourselves is very important and critical to remaining injury free. Remember, ½ liter EVERY ½ hour throughout exertion. Watch for signs and symptoms of heat related emergencies in our teammates and family members as well. Hydration is the key. When in doubt, drink some water!

It seems too simple; however, people continue to suffer from heat related emergencies daily.

Let’s prepare for a perfect safety day!

Thanks for the share PT!
