We can’t know enough about the heat! We have several hot days ahead and if we’re not careful, the heat will catch us! Stay weather informed and remember, hydration should start long before the exposure to heat takes place. Our rule is going to be ½ liter EVERY ½ hour. Let’s not let a heat related emergency change our lives forever.
The heat is a recognized hazard and just like any other recognized hazard we should eliminate it, engineer it out, administratively control it, or protect against it. LET’S BEAT THE HEAT!
Thanks for the share, PT!
