We use hearing protection to make certain we don’t damage our hearing. Using hearing protection and using it correctly is on each of us. Prolonged exposure to noise at levels greater than 85 dB can lead to hearing loss and I believe we’d all agree that we’re not about that.
Some say “silence is golden”, while others say “it’s deafening” – In either/both cases we need to protect our hearing to prevent accidental occupational AND non-occupational losses.
Let’s protect ourselves from any type of injury or illness. Safety is as easy as recognizing the hazards and acting in time to prevent incidents.
Thanks for the share, PT!
