We’re all in the hazard recognition and elimination business aren’t we? It’s important to identify, eliminate, or mitigate hazards BEFORE they enable our errors to create incident and/or injury. Hazard recognition is a learned skill; it’s definitely NOT something we pick up from the environment in which we live. It’s a skill that we must practice EVERY MINUTE OF EVERY DAY! It’s also a skill that when we don’t practice gets forgotten and our environments show it through increased incident and injury rates.
See something – Do something – Say something! Let’s be hazard eliminators and that begins with recognition today.
Thanks in advance for any and all effort!
Thanks for the share, PT!
