There’s an expression out there that says “what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger,” I believe it might even be in a song or two as well. The underlying message is that tough times help make us the people we are. Let’s make certain we’re acting upon the good and the bad times to ensure we’re learning something along the way. Safety is just like this, we won’t always have sunshine and rainbows, they’ll be times we need to dig deep and learn something from the tough times. When incidents occur, it’s critical that we determine the root cause AND any additional contributing causes to make certain we correct those as well.
We are who we are because of our struggles; let’s commit to learning something new today along with being safe. Thanks in advance.
Thanks for the share, PT!
