How exciting is it to know that “WE’RE IN THIS TOGETHER”. Together with ownership, responsibility, and accountability. The definition of happy is a state of well-being and contentment and that’s exactly the way our safety culture should make us feel.
“HAPPY – HAPPY – HAPPY” is how some might say it.
What makes us tick? Is it our families, our kids, our hobbies, our neighbors, or what? Regardless of what/who “IT” is, let’s be the very safest we can for whatever/whoever it may be.
