Poster: Great Leaders

Let’s get back to talking about safety leadership. Some may think a leader is the person standing out front making the most noise, but in fact that person might just be the person out front making the most noise. Ha-Ha! True leaders demonstrate and show us how it’s done. They live the very expectation they demand from others. A leader can lead from the front, back, or any other position for that matter.

Safety leaders do the same; we empower others to make the right choices and to do that we must first WALK-THE-WALK. Let’s be the very best leader we can be – AND – let’s look for and develop the next batch of safety leaders as we go.
