This injured finger belongs to my son. When he told me his story on Saturday I knew I’d have to blurb about it. He was training a new teammate when he continued the same error over and over and this frustrated Alan. In his frustration, he grabbed some equipment and accidentally smashed his own finger.
How many times do we hear of frustration leading to injury? Just like RUSHING, FATIGUE, and COMPLACENCY; FRUSTRATION is an injurious state where if left unchecked or unchanged can lead to injury.
No job or task is so important that we can’t take the time to complete it safely!
Thanks to PT and JL for the share!
