Here we are smack dab in the middle of life. Some things are working amazingly well and others – not so much. Everything won’t always be the way we’d like them to be, but we still need to press on. Sure, we need to pause on occasion and re-group, but press on nonetheless. Our safety performance reminds me of a storm at times. Regardless of our training and educational efforts, we do silly things don’t we? We forget this or that, we skip steps, we pull or push harder, we work in the line of fire, we rush, and sometimes even grow complacent in our safety related efforts. These are just a few of the everyday realities we face related to safety. That’s why we have to focus with laser-like accuracy to ensure our paths are straight and safe.

Regarding hazards, it only takes a spark to get the fire burning – and we need to control ALL the proverbial sparks. Refuse to fail – our safety journey demands it!

Thanks for the share, PT!
