Have we ever met that guy that seems to be the expert? The person who can answer questions on the fly and appear to know pretty much everything about something? It’s hard to imagine that at some point in their past, they were merely a beginner. Contrary to what some might believe or act, there are few people who are simply born experts. I bet everyone can guess where I’m going with this, SAFETY! It’s not natural and there is no common sense about it! Safety is a learned skill and must be exercised before, during, and after every task.
If we want to be safety experts, we need to continue our learning; which comes from personal experience as well as from the experiences of others. That’s why we share!
Let’s be better today than we were yesterday and repeat this activity daily.
Thanks for the share, PT!
