Let’s work to be encouragers in an attempt to support our overall safety efforts. Let’s be careful to NOT just worry about ourselves, but to worry about ourselves AND others. Sure, we have to perform well ourselves first, but then we can look for ways to pick-up, lead, assist, share with, and mentor others. We also say we’re in this together and together means that no one gets left out. By the way, nobody loves a critic. If we catch ourselves being negative – STOP! Negativity helps nothing.
Thanks for the share, PT!
