When we fail or fall, let’s lift each other up! Far too often someone gets down and others distance themselves from them; when in fact, it’s those individuals that need us the most. Encourage, lift, and strengthen each other. By the way, remember to be thankful we’re not perfect – there would be far too many daily expectations for our actions and attitudes if we were. The one perfection we do strive for however, is in safety. Our safe actions have to be nearly perfect every time to prevent the surprises that lead to incidents and the incidents that eventually lead to injuries.
Doing it right every time without injury is perfection – it’s achievable through our safe work habits, actions, and attitudes.
Let’s start by making today a perfect ZERO.
Thanks for the share, PT!
