Team –
Times are changing and so should we. Did we ever dream we’d be right here where we are today? I know I sure didn’t. My point is, we never know what’s next; so we should be flexible and adaptable to whatever it is and/or wherever it comes from. It’s just like that for safety as well. We make safety a value so that when our priorities, plans, and understandings change (and they always do) we can immediately adapt using our core values to regroup, plan, and press-on. Core values like safety, honesty, courage, dependability, and caring.
Let’s make today our day of renewal. Reset our commitment to becoming the safest we can be. When we get it perfect as individuals – imagine what the family, team, community, or company will accomplish!?!
