Do we monitor everything we subject our bodies and minds to? Our “diet” is far more than merely counting calories and/or carbs. Our diet is everything that has a potential to change us personally. So let’s take a healthy dose of safety to start each day and then let’s keep it coming. Exercise our minds with pre-planning and job/task analysis. Condition through telling our stories and listening to others. Surround ourselves with a safe team as well.
Let’s diet together – Let’s get safety healthy and then like with any other good thing – LET’S SUSTAIN IT!
