What will be our new normal? I know I’ve been thinking a lot about that lately. So many changes have occurred over the past few months. Positive changes that could perhaps reduce the overall numbers of illness related deaths if we maintain and improve upon our new habits. Habits are defined as, “a settled or regular tendency or practice, especially one that is hard to give up.” So let’s ask ourselves what we’d like to see different and what we’d like to see the same? Let’s begin solidifying the habits we plan to maintain long after the our so called “norms” have returned.
I want to say thank you for reading along this daily journey and for the notes and sharing along the way. Our safety is our responsibility and it’s awesome to know so many folks are making the effort to improve our current position.
