The truth is – WE JUST REALLY DON’T KNOW! There are so many differing opinions on preventions and precautions; in fact, resources and recommendations are changing by the week. What we do know is asymptomatic people can indeed carry and expose others to this virus. So even if we feel healthy, we might not be. Our protection has to come from physical distancing and masking. If we wear a mask we reduce the possibility of spreading the virus if we have it. If we distance ourselves from others (primarily those not wearing masks) we also reduce the risk of disease.
If we all wear masks and physical distance whenever possible we lessen our chances of infection even more.
There are no perfect answers yet, but we know for a fact that reducing risk can and often does lead to an injury/illness free today!
