As we begin using a ton of disposable gloves both at work and home I thought it might be a good refresher to discuss glove safety. Exposed gloves are nasty – never think otherwise; especially when they make look clean. Always treat a used disposable glove and a threat. This simple practice will help avoid in making an unnecessary contact with something ugly. By the way, when we dispose of gloves after using them at gas stations or grocery stores, please put them in the trash can or a trash bag in your automobile. (Not on the ground or in a shopping cart.) If I had a dollar for every glove I’ve picked up lately I’d have a bunch of dollars.
Let’s continue our effort at taking care of ourselves and each other. Let’s keep learning all we can about this virus and disease. Let’s do our part at better cleaning, better hygiene, and better distancing. And last but certainly not least, let’s look out for signs of struggling, depression, confusion, frustration, and helplessness throughout our circles. Remember, asking for help is a super-power – not a weakness.
Thanks for the share, PT!
