Let’s be constant cleaners. At work and at home, it’s important to be disinfecting in an effort to make incidental contacts fewer and fewer. The picture above shows how long the COVID-19 virus “lives” on surfaces other than our bodies. I have seen several different reports concerning this; however, this is one of the easier ones to read and understand. It really brings home the need to clean, clean, and keep cleaning.
Difficult and life changing decisions are being made by the hour. If we can stay home – we should. If we have to come to work, we should actively practice social distancing and clean our work areas before, during, and after our shift.
On a similar and same thought: Please eat well, exercise, and get plenty of rest. Our bodies need to be strong and ready to fight this virus internally should we become exposed. Our safety is our responsibility!
Thanks for the share, PT!
