I’ve been reviewing a lot of good charts and posters lately and in my opinion this is one of the better ones. Dr. Oz always seems to be the ever-loving optimist that makes difficult things easier to understand. I hope everyone can see the poster’s details; I know a lot of us might be reviewing these on our phones. We’ve certainly talked about the hygiene part a lot lately; however, HOW ARE YOU DOING? Remember the “LIFESTYLE” section above and take note that he mentions it first. Getting our rest, exercise, and clean air are things we have also talked about, but what about this meditate step. Dr. Oz mentions it might help our immune system and so does rest. Slow down a little and be still every once and a while, recharge the old proverbial batteries. I often refer to my down time as a can of spinach; resting seems to revive the soul. By the way, resting is different from sleeping.
Let’s stay optimistic and do the little things.
Today is a great day for safety – whether at home or work, remain illness-aware!
Thanks for the share, PT!
