From PT comes today’s poster. Thanks for the share and uplifting message.

Let’s lift each other up, pick each other up, support each other, and/or give compliments based on the recognition of each other’s strengths. The fact is, we’re an awesome team and sometimes we get stuck in the feedback mode and forget the compliment parts. Let’s keep giving feedback; however, remember it can be construed as negative depending upon the HOW, WHY, and WHEN it’s given. The fact is, feedback both positive and constructive (a.k.a. negative) makes us better if we’re open to receive it.

As for everyone reading this blurb today – YOU’RE AWESOME and YOU MATTER!  Our safety is our biggest gift to ourselves, our families, our great company, and to our community. Share safety often and most importantly – TODAY!
