Do we let errors destroy us? It’s important to keep our minds and eyes on task – focused on the goal. Our goal is ZERO HARM! The fact is, people don’t have to get hurt doing whatever it is they’d like to do. Safety requires awareness, accountability, and action. Awareness enables us to recognize the hazards, accountability requires us to do something about them, and action demands immediate change to ourselves, each other, and/or conditions.
