Safety is caring! When we care about ourselves, we make an effort to remain injury-free. We think through the task by asking ourselves not only “what are the hazards,” but also “what can change during the process.” Asking questions and truly understanding our efforts (on and off the job) helps to ensure injury-free performance. That’s caring at its finest!
Also, safety is about caring for others. When we care for others, we need to KNOW and UNDERSTAND even more than with ourselves. We should be investing as teammates, family members, friends, neighbors, and citizens. Everyone is different and for safety to work; that’s ZERO INJURIES by the way, we all need to be committed to the same goal and that goal requires action.
Today is a perfect day for safety perfection – accept nothing less!
Thanks for the share, PT!
