Sometimes things aren’t as they may seem. It’s like our eyes are playing tricks on us. For instance the picture above – a lady reading a magazine or a groovy Muppet chilling out on a bench in the hall of a hospital or school? We just don’t know do we? Of course, this example may not be the best one, but it serves the point of we need to be careful with safety even when we think we see something. Our eyes and minds tend to play tricks on us at times.

That’s why we have pre-shift meetings, we need to talk about the task(s) and make certain we all have a common plan for safe completion.
