Team –
I received the pic shown above from RS last week. The words alone serve as an excellent safety lesson. Continuous and/or continual improvement is a necessary part to sustaining World Class Safety. Recommending something new isn’t always the easiest thing to do. Having the courage to challenge and perhaps even change the norm is what makes a good program – great or a great program – even greater. Remember, initial change is usually coupled with a hint of resistance. It’s okay though, honestly, it’s a natural response to trying something new. The trick is, be brave enough to bad at something new – AND THEN GET BETTER AND EVEN BECOME THE BEST!

Today… Our best is ZERO INJURIES and that will require 100% of us – 100% of the time!

Thanks PT for the share!
