Are we getting better with age? I certainly hope so… Let’s be that fine wine and continue to get better through our accomplishments and experiences. That’s just like what we do with safety. We don’t always get it right the first time even though we attempt to. When we fail, we can get back up and continue or we can lay there and feel sorry for ourselves as life carries on without us.
Let’s get back up and sweep off the proverbial dirt in order to re-engage and finish the task. Let’s learn from our mistakes or the mistakes of others and get better for it!
Let’s do this as individuals and the team improvement will be astronomically greater. (How’s that for big?!) By the way, let’s start or continue to work on ourselves today.
