Here we go, another great and safe day behind us with another opportunity ahead of us today. It’s all about our attitude; our feelings drive our performance. Let’s continue to plan for perfection; however, realizing we may need to keep our attitudes in check if/when things don’t go our way.
We need perfection when talking about safety. If we let our guards down – people get hurt. Our team’s safety requires our team’s perfect performance.
Let’s make safety intentional.
Thanks for the share, PT!
