Team –
It’s a rainy one here in Tuscaloosa this morning, but it certainly could be worse. The fact is, regardless of our struggles, our circumstances, and/or our difficulties; things could always be worse. Sure, some exceptions (very few) might apply, but we need to know that everything will work out better when we share our battles. Nobody likes to “dump” or “vent” their business on others; however, it makes us feel better if/when we do. We have to be the person that makes the time to listen. So what’s our plan for today? I say we reach out to each other and check-in. Take a minute on this 226th day of 2020 to say hello to someone we haven’t spoken to in a while.

As for safety… building relationships helps us increase our influence and recognize distractions that can lead to MIND NOT ON TASK kinds of errors, incidents, and injuries.

Thanks for reading – thanks for caring – thanks for supporting this journey!

Thanks for the share PT!
