Friends,
Take the time to make others feel appreciated. Some need it more than others; however, it’s a great habit to make and it actually makes us feel better when we do it. By the way, thanks for all the feedback from yesterday’s blurb as well. I absolutely loved reading everyone’s opinions about “incentives and accountability” – GREAT STUFF! As for today, let’s do all we can to reinforce the positive behaviors we want to see at home and work. 😊
As for safety, we have opportunities to improve as well. Think about the little things, when we do a lot of little things safely (correctly) there are fewer bigger things to handle. It’s the truth, incident prevention come from safe performance and not solely from hazard recognition and control as we might have thought in the past.
Thanks for reading and again for everyone’s thoughts and shares.
Thanks for the share PT!
