We really are amazing people! How we dig in and get done the things we need to get done – even when it seems to overwhelm us. Let’s not forget to lean on our friends, families, and communities. There are always people willing to help; however, they might not offer upfront unless they recognize the need. As we talk more about “caring for people” the desire to help others increases as well. After all that’s what safety is all about anyway. Doing the right things for the right reasons and then sharing it.
We are an amazing safety leader and our journey continue today!
Thanks for the share, PT!
