Our reality is ZERO HARM and to achieve it we need everyone working in the same direction and for the same reasons. Our goal remains zero even though we have incidents on occasion; we can’t let that change our goal. Safety can’t be achieved through an individual, supervisor, or safety program – it has to be the everyday actions of the group.
If we’re unable to give 100% safe actions, we should pause or stop what we’re doing to regroup. There’s no job so important that we have to get hurt while doing it.
Injuries are preventable!
Thanks for the share, PT!
