It’s not easy being a leader; numbers 10 through 12 prove that today. In essence these traits are reminding us that we aren’t or won’t always be right. As leaders we have decisions to make and sometimes we have to double-back, alter or change our previous plan and/or direction. It’s during these times we need to be able apologize, give credit, and remember most of all to show respect to all involved.

I know I’m usually talking safety on here; however, this week’s leader study has really changed me a bit for the better. All of these traits are important and will serve us well at home, work, church, or community, but none more important than our BIG NUMBER 13. Does anyone care to guess what it is? I know a few of the many out there just might know it already, but the rest of us will have to wait until tomorrow. (How’s that for a teaser?)

Until then, look over the 12 and find ways to become a more awesome safety leader than we are already! Today is a ZERO INJURY kind of day.

Thanks for the share, PT!
