Poster 2: Leader Traits

Today we’re looking at numbers 4, 5, and 6 as we continue our review of The 13 Inspiring Traits of an Exceptional Leader. For us as safety leaders; recognizing others, having each other’s backs, and telling our stories seems like so little; however it has a huge impact on those around us. Our safety requires our immediate and constant attention to detail. If we lose focus or when our minds fail to remain on task – all associated risks increase and incidents/injuries occur.

As leaders (regardless of location or type) others are watching and as such, we need to set the example as listeners in order to hear the how, what, when, and why of change or improvement.

Let’s practice and preform perfectly today – That’s a ZERO INJURY kind of thing and just in case I haven’t said it lately – THANKS!

Thanks for the share, PT!
