Today we’re looking at 3 of 13 characteristics of a good leader. It doesn’t matter is we’re talking work, home, church, or community; these are all necessary for world class performance and likewise results. I believe we’d all agree, as safety leaders we can certainly see the need for these strengths as well.
So let’s get busy being the very best in the world. I can’t imagine any of us being satisfied with planning to fail, so LET’S NOT FAIL! Planning, Understanding, Communicating, and Acting set the stage for a lot of safety success and by the way, WE’RE ALL SAFETY LEADERS; just remember that and with that comes the expectation to lead by example.
Let’s make safety intentional AND accept nothing less.
Thanks for the share, PT!
