Here is a good overall information only PDF on NFPA 70E (click here to download). Keep in mind that this one is taken from the 2009 edition. They just released the 2018 edition. That means that there are 3 new revisions since this document was created. But it does give a good overall description of what NFPA 70E is all about. I have not found anything that is real recent that goes this much in depth on the subject.
I just took a 2-day class on NFPA 70E and we just touched on the basics. There are a lot of NFPA 70E training sites out there if someone is trying to become qualified. However, this presentation will not make anyone qualified.
