MSHA requirements on ladders, platforms, or staging, supply &
discharge equipment shutdown and lockout, safety harness and lifeline,
& similarly equipped, attendant stationed near where the lifeline
is fastened who must constantly adjust it or keep it tight as needed,
with minimum slack.
