[THIS WILL HELP KEEP YOUR BODY’S ELECTROLYTES IN BALANCE AND HELP PREVENT HEAT STRESS]
(EXAMPLE) IF YOU WEIGH 160 POUNDS YOU SHOULD DRINK ABOUT 5 QUARTS OF WATER A DAY (160 OUNCES)
