Heat cramps are an unwelcomed part of the summer as well. These cramps come during exertion and are more often than not caused by the dehydration. We can’t say enough about staying hydrated. Remember, it doesn’t start when you get to work, it begins and continues throughout the summer. When it comes to water – drink plenty and drink often!
