Group Request on PHA vs JSA

Please, I am open for discussion…

What is the difference (if any) in a PHA (Process Hazard Analysis) and JSA (Job Hazard Analysis)?  And if there are differences, what are the pros and cons of each?  Are we just putting a new coat of paint on an old barn and now calling Mail Pouch, Redman?

All help appreciated. Please share anything you have on this subject to bobecornett@aol.com or bcornett@catamountconsultingllc.com.
