From a group member: Our company is closing soon and planning to remove all equipment and most infra-structure. My plan is to try to conduct a safety class concerning this move for tramming, pulling, pushing, carrying equipment, etc.. As I have studied some past accidents MSHA has sited the company for no type training concerning such a move. I was wondering if you or anyone in the group has anything concerning such a plan/class. The mine is a large mine with 4 sections that is 10 miles deep. Again thanks for your help.
All help appreciated. Please share anything you have on this subject to bobecornett@aol.com or bcornett@catamountconsultingllc.com.
