Fatal Summary Updated: 3-8-19

The fatal summary has been updated. Please note the fatal numbering now combines coal and mnm fatals, so the summary will look a little different. I will still show the MNM and Coal separately on the first 2 pages; however, I will combine and list the fatal descriptions in date order.

We’ve had 3 fatalities this week:

Fatal 3 – 3/6/19 – Copper Mine – Surface – New Mexico

Fatal 4 – 3/7/19 – Limestone Mine – Surface – Texas

Fatal 5 – 3/7/19 – Coal Mine – Surface – WV
