It’s important to exercise, but it’s equally important to clear said exercise with your doctor, especially if you’ve not been participating in any formal exercise programs before. Walking and Jogging seem like a pretty mild exercise; however, if we’re planning to get serious about doing them, let’s talk to our doc.
Just like with safety, we have to be careful not to think “IT WON’T HAPPEN TO ME.” Pre-planning for safety needs to become the norm; whether at work or at home.
