We’re nice because we care – we’re safe because we care. What else are we – because we care? Caring is sharing our beliefs, stories, and lives with each other for at least two obvious reasons. The first is to educate or teach someone about ourselves. Developing friendships, also commonly called “networking” when in the business setting requires us to learn about the other as well as to share about ourselves. If that conversation(s) gets too heavily one-sided, the opportunity doesn’t blossom or bloom as it could. The second reason for sharing is to prevent pain, discomfort, sadness, and loss. That’s right, one of the many ways we share with and teach other about doing the right things through our wrong experiences.
Let’s be the example TODAY in both safety and health; BECAUSE WE CARE!
Thanks for the share, PT!
