Sometimes we just have to play the hand we’re dealt. Everything doesn’t always go as planned; so we plan, prepare, and execute only to check up and plan some more. Our flexibility and adaptability is another part of our continued safety success. Don’t over-react to bad or difficult situations; merely try to understand them and then once we understand them we can move through them safely.
