Creating a mentally healthy workplace is everyone’s responsibility, and there is duty to take reasonable steps to ensure their own and others’ health and safety at work. Initiatives that are evidence based, multi-faceted and involve people at every level are far more likely to effect change than either ‘top down’ or ‘bottom up’ efforts.
