Poster: Change is Necessary!

Where do we want to go – who do we want to be – how do we get there? The answer is pretty simple – we change! Change usually carries a negative connotation; however, if we take the personal out of it – it’s actually quite pleasant. That’s right, change is opportunity and why-oh-why wouldn’t we all want more/new opportunities?

Our safety is just this way! If we want different – we have to act different! If we want better – we have to perform better! Lastly, if we want world class – we have to be world class and accept nothing less! By the way, it’s all up to us!

Thanks for the notes lately; let’s make certain we’re teaching and learning “something safety” each and every today.
